Medieval court
Torches, a toast … and a king who drops dead before the whole court.
An intrigue-laden medieval court. Declare your allies openly — loyalty is a public game, and fates are bound together.
Greystone Castle, anno 1342. Torches crackle, lutes play, and the court bows low — while the knives are sharpened behind backs. Mid-feast, King Aldric raises his cup for a toast … and drops dead before the whole court. The gates are shut, the drawbridge raised, and the traitor wears the court's colours.
